All Cases
Every matter in the system, across all client firms, with authorization, integrity, payment and release state.

Payments
Invoices and collection status across all firms. Attorney Case Brief™ is a flat $4,500; the 3.5% card fee is a separate line. Payment is required before work is authorized.

Escalations & Bottlenecks
Governed escalations by category and severity, and matters stalled beyond their expected stage time. Closing an escalation requires a documented rationale.

Notifications
System-wide alerts across all firms and matters, each with owner, severity and a direct action.
Missing Records & Charges
Record gaps flagged by a Clinical Reviewer during follow-on work, routed here through the Clinical Analyst. Follow-on analysis is priced by record volume, so additional records must be charged before work continues. You set the charge by page volume and send it to the attorney; the case resumes only after payment and upload. This never applies to a case brief — a brief only flags what is missing, at no charge.
Follow-On Record Gaps
Users & Access
Governed access register. Access is granted through a workflow with pre-access conditions, not a single switch. Every change is recorded in the audit log.
Manage Admins Super Admin only
Super Admin creates admins and sets each admin's authority level. Admins operate the dashboard; only a Super Admin can add or suspend admins, set pricing exceptions, or override a final release.
